Include critical dimensions
Clear outside profiles, hole sizes, slot positions, countersink notes, and tolerances help reduce back-and-forth before quotation.
Confirm material and finish
State whether the part should be carbon fiber, FR-4, G10, or another composite. Include thickness, surface finish, and quantity.
Add use-case notes
Application details help review feasibility. A part used as a visible cover panel may have different requirements from a load-bearing frame arm.
